I purchased my rental property through David Evans and due to the high level of service from them I decided to place the property with their Lettings Department. Throughout the purchase and subsequent letting of the property I have been very impressed with David Evans staff. An independent Agent who's staff have integrity and experience. Both members of staff were friendly, polite and helpful - Graham even collected me from the 1st viewing with Ashleigh, and gave me a lift to the 2nd viewing. Both staff gave me the time that I needed, and did not rush me through the viewings on either property.
