Attended 2 viewings, one with Ashleigh, and one with Graham. Both members of staff were friendly, polite and helpful - Graham even collected me from the 1st viewing with Ashleigh, and gave me a lift to the 2nd viewing. Both staff gave me the time that I needed, and did not rush me through the viewings on either property.
