Contact me
Graham Wilkes-Kendal

Graham has a wealth of practical estate agency experience and has been successfully helping clients move home for over 25 years. Having joined David’s team back in 2002 he was delighted to find that the personal touch and customer led services he thought had deserted the industry were still very much alive and well within David Evans Estate Agents. Graham is married to Sam and he & her enjoy taking their Springer for walks in the New Forest. Graham is very enthusiastic but also remains calm and considered when progressing sales through to exchange of contracts and is always at the end of the phone to smoothly resolve any issues or concerns. Graham is at his happiest when handing over the keys to successful new homeowners with the words “we will definitely be recommending you, Graham to all our friends and colleagues” ringing in his ears.

Charlotte Evans

Charlotte is a bubbly and enthusiastic individual with a great work ethic having joined David Evans in 2014 and now applies her expertise to managing David Evan’s administration process. She is thorough in her approach and is creative with our property particulars. Growing up and living in the New Forest, she has a keen interest in outdoor pursuits including horse riding and walking her golden retriever Bentley – who is often found snoozing under the desk at work.

Contact me
Lynn Sharp

Lynn has worked within David Evans Estate Agents since 1999. She has worked very closely with David since joining the firm and has been responsible for the management of our very busy lettings department since 2003. She always goes out of her way to ensure that the interests of our landlord clients are looked after to the full and she possesses a wealth of practical experience with dealing with all tenancy related matters. Lynn lives locally in Allbrook with her partner Rob and dog Ruby. Friendly and outgoing Lynn is always very approachable and ready to help, whatever the problem.

Contact me
Steven Sykes

Steven fell into estate agency almost by accident after leaving school and found that he enjoyed it so much he never left. Having started his career in Oxfordshire in the 1980’s, he has over the years carried out every role in the industry , with particular emphasis on progressing sales through to a successful completion. His favourite part of the job is handing over keys to happy new house owners! He was surprised to be invited to join David Evans as he is the only staff member not to own a dog, instead having two cats, but delighted to be joining a company that chimes with his beliefs in personal service – an example of this being when he sold a house in Christmas Eve one year, conducting the viewing even though the office was closed. Outside of work he is an authority on racing Citroen 2CVs, suffers through supporting Reading FC, and has more books than Waterstones.
