We have recently exchanged contracts on the sale of our current house and purchase of our new house - both through David Evans. We have been so impressed with the level of service we have received from all of the team, but especially Jon and Graham, who have both worked tirelessly to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible in a long and quite drawn out chain! Always professional, friendly and proactive, keeping us informed at every stage. We were initially tempted to use an online agent, but am now so glad that we didn't, having seen how much work these guys have put in. I am hoping not to have to move again for a very long time, but wouldn't think twice about using them again and will recommend to anyone looking for a good estate agent.
